Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest that there is pregnancy seen in the uterus.
2.There is no foetal pole and yolk sac seen - which is normal for 5 weeks pregnancy.
3.Corpus luteal cyst in ovary is a normal thing seen during the pregnancy.
4.In this case you get a repeat scan done after 2 weeks where there should be foetal pole with heart beat, yolk sac to say viability of the pregnancy.
5.There is nothing wrong in your pregnancy - normal for the time. I suggest a follow-up scan in 2 weeks.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
